Ms. Perroni is Head of Capital Markets, France, at Houlihan Lokey. She has more than two decades of experience in banking and advisory.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Ms. Perroni served as Head of Leveraged Finance France for Credit Suisse, where she advised on landmark financing transactions for more than €15 billion for clients such as Picard (global coordinator, €1.7 billion FRN/SSN/SUN), Burger King (joint bookrunner, FRN/PIK), Orange Masmovil (€6.6 billion JV financing), Equans (sellside advice to Engie and staple financing), Europcar (sole arranger, €500 million TL), and Illiad (joint bookrunner, €3.7 billion SSN).
Previous to Credit Suisse, Ms. Perroni worked at leading French food retailer Groupe Casino, where she was Deputy Head of Corporate Finance and in charge of the group’s Financing, Treasury, and Financial Structure and Rating divisions. She led the 2019 refinancing of the group’s €3.8 billion debt package into sub-investment grade and implemented new management and reporting tools. Before that, Ms. Perroni spent 14 years advising and negotiating capital structure solutions for middle-market corporate and private equity clients in debt advisory and restructuring at Canaccord Genuity (formerly Hawkpoint) and in leveraged finance at ABN Amro in London. She began her career at Ernst & Young in transaction services in Paris.
