Mr. Doshi is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory Group focusing on the media, sports, and entertainment industries. He is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Doshi was a Strategy and Transaction Associate at Grant Thornton LLP, specializing in the valuation of complex financial instruments for companies in the healthcare and technology domains. Before Grant Thornton LLP, Mr. Doshi worked as an Associate in BDO India LLP’s Transaction Advisory Group, where he carried out valuations for financial and tax purposes. Mr. Doshi also has experience in auditing and has performed statutory audits for both private and public companies.
Mr. Doshi holds a M.S. in Finance from the University of Rochester. He is a CFA charterholder and has passed all of his Certified Public Accountant exams.
