Mr. Rashid is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Oil & Gas Group. He has more than 25 years of experience in the energy sector. Mr. Rashid is based in the firm’s Houston office.
Previously, Mr. Rashid worked for Intrepid Financial Partners, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2026. Before that, he was a Managing Director in the Global Natural Resources Group at Morgan Stanley, where he covered large-cap exploration and production and oilfield services companies in both New York and London.
Mr. Rashid holds a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from New York University.
