Ms. Cauley is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. She specializes in advising a wide range of alternative asset investors, including hedge funds, private equity funds, business development companies, limited partner investors, and corporations, on valuing illiquid securities, particularly the fundamental valuation of investments in highly structured equity capitalizations and investments in healthcare and life sciences spaces. Ms. Cauley is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Ms. Cauley was a Senior Associate at Duff & Phelps, where she focused on providing valuations for tax and financial reporting purposes. She was a member of the Healthcare and Life Sciences team.
Ms. Cauley holds a B.S. in Finance and International Business from the University of Maryland.
