Mr. Yoshioka is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer Group. He is based in the firm’s Tokyo office.
Mr. Yoshioka’s notable transactions include the sale of Fujitsu Limited’s mobile phone retail business to T-Gaia, the sale of Phoenix Seagaia Resort to Fortress, the acquisition of CONEXIO Corporation by Nojima Corporation, and the sale of North Pacific Seafoods to Canfisco.
Mr. Yoshioka holds a B.A. in Commerce from Hitotsubashi University.
