Mr. Kraft is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer Group. He oversees the firm’s coverage efforts across the retail and multi-unit sector, adding expertise in convenience stores, restaurants, car washes, and other auto-related multi-unit companies. Mr. Kraft has nearly two decades of experience working with multi-unit concepts and significant expertise across the industry, including buyside and sellside M&A, fairness opinions, private capital raises, initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, and debt capital raises. He is based in the firm’s Atlanta office.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kraft worked in J.P. Morgan’s Mid-Cap Investment Banking Group, most recently as a Managing Director covering the middle-market retail sector, including convenience stores, car washes, automotive services chains, restaurants, and discount retailers. In addition, he was responsible for leading client coverage efforts within the Southeast investment banking region for J.P. Morgan. Before that, Mr. Kraft spent six years at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc., advising on M&A and financing transactions in the retail and restaurant sectors.
Mr. Kraft graduated cum laude with a B.A. from Washington and Lee University and holds an MBA with honors from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
