Mr. Robertson is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Healthcare Group, with an emphasis on facility-based healthcare services providers. He has more than two decades of experience advising healthcare companies with sellside and buyside M&A transactions, strategic alternatives, fairness opinions, and debt and equity capital raises for public and private companies. Mr. Robertson’s experience consists of more than 125 completed transactions, representing in excess of $100 billion in transaction value. He is based in the firm’s Charlotte office.
Mr. Robertson’s experience spans numerous healthcare verticals, such as behavioral health, home health, infusion therapy, healthcare staffing, special education, radiology, skilled nursing, and senior living. Notable transactions include Beacon Specialized Living, Health Connect America, OnSite Mammography, Vista Staffing, Terrapin Pharmacy, FullBloom, Lifestance, Solace Pediatric Home Health, Salisbury Behavioral, and Emeritus Senior Living’s merger with Brookdale Senior Living.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Robertson was a Partner and Managing Director with William Blair. Before that, he spent 15 years with Wells Fargo Securities, specializing in healthcare, and he also previously worked for Coram Healthcare.
Mr. Robertson holds a B.S. in Biology, with honors, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
