Mr. Delisi is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Transaction Advisory Services practice within the firm’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. He focuses on providing buyside and sellside financial due diligence and advisory services to both private equity and corporate clients across a variety of sectors, including the industrials, business services, and retail sectors. Mr. Delisi is based in the firm's Chicago office.
Mr. Delisi has a diverse array of experience, including participating in numerous acquisition and divestiture transactions with deal sizes ranging from $10 million to $1.5 billion in enterprise value. His transaction due diligence experience covers a wide range of M&A issues, including quality of earnings, net working capital, net indebtedness, strategic value drivers, operational synergies, and purchase agreement support.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Delisi was a Senior Associate in PwC’s audit practice, focusing on private equity/financial service clients.
Mr. Delisi holds a B.B.A. in Accounting/Finance from Illinois State University, where he graduated magna cum laude. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Illinois.
