Mr. Rogstad is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group in London. He performs sellside and buyside M&A advisory, debt and equity financings, valuations, and strategic alternatives engagements. Mr. Rogstad is based in the firm’s London office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Rogstad worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Truist Securities (f/k/a SunTrust Robinson Humphrey), where he worked on a range of sellside and buyside transactions. Prior to that, he worked at Cascadia Capital, where he focused on sellside and buyside advisory in the consumer and retail industry.
Mr. Rogstad holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Engineering from Georgia Tech.
