Mr. Maeda is an Executive Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Industrials Group. He is based in the firm’s Tokyo office.
Previously, Mr. Maeda was an Executive Director and Head of the Osaka team at GCA Corporation, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. He has been engaged in M&A advisory services since he joined GCA in 2007. His achievements include various transactions, primarily cross-border deals in Asia, North America, and Europe.
Before joining GCA, Mr. Maeda worked as a venture capitalist at Aozora Bank in charge of sourcing, execution, and monitoring various companies.
Mr. Maeda is a graduate of Ritsumeikan University and holds an M.A. in International Relations from American University.
