Mr. Quayenortey is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group, where he is responsible for providing strategic mergers and acquisitions advice to the firm’s public and private clients. He also provides shareholder activism and defense advisory services to the firm’s clients. Mr. Quayenortey is based in the firm’s New York office.
During his career, Mr. Quayenortey has advised public and private companies across a broad range of transactions, including sellside and buyside mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and capital-raising activities spanning a variety of debt and equity instruments.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Quayenortey was an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan, where he began his investment banking career as an Associate and focused on industrial companies, including companies in the metals and mining sector.
Mr. Quayenortey holds a B.S. and an M.S. in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University and an MBA from New York University’s Stern Business School.
