Mr. Wajima is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Industrials Group. With more than a decade of M&A advisory experiences, he has advised on M&A transactions for energy, engineering, and various industrial companies. Mr. Wajima is based in the firm’s Tokyo office.
Previously, Mr. Wajima was a Director in the Industrial Group at GCA Corporation, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021.
Mr. Wajima holds a B.A. in Applied Physics and an M.S. in Technology Management from the University of Tokyo.
