Mr. Pachauri is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Corporate Finance business. He provides strategic advice principally in relation to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, capital raising, and company reorganizations spanning multiple sectors, including consumer, retail, healthcare, property, and general industrials. Mr. Pachauri is based in the firm’s Sydney office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Pachauri worked in portfolio strategy at AMP Capital for two years. Before that role, he helped establish BBRC Private Equity, a consumer retail-focused private equity fund. Mr. Pachauri started his career at Goldman Sachs and then moved to Fort Street Advisers, where he spent a combined eight years working with a broad range of clients and sectors.
Mr. Pachauri has significant experience advising on transactions across buyside and sellside opportunities in both public markets and private transactions. In addition, his strategic advice is complemented by the experience gained through being an investor, a board member, and working within businesses during transformational corporate actions.
Mr. Pachauri holds a Bachelor of Commerce with honors in Finance from the University of Melbourne.
