Mr. Källeskog is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group. He is a leading tech investment banking professional in Europe, having executed a large number of successful M&A and placement deals to trade buyers and private equity. Mr. Källeskog spends most of his time across different software sectors, but also covers technology-enabled services. He is based in the firm’s Stockholm office.
Previously, Mr. Källeskog was a Managing Director at GCA Altium, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. He joined GCA as part of the acquisition of Stella EOC, where he was a founding partner, and spent nearly two decades in European middle-market tech M&A in London and Stockholm.
Mr. Källeskog holds an LL.M. from Lund University. He studied Business and Finance there and at the University of Grenoble in France.
