Mr. McNaught is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group. He has significant experience advising sponsor-held and founder-owned clients on sellside and buyside M&A, debt and equity capital raises, and strategic alternatives. Mr. McNaught is based in the firm’s Chicago office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. McNaught was a Director at William Blair in the Tech-Enabled Services Group. Previously, he was a Vice President at BMO Capital Markets.
Mr. McNaught received a B.S. in Business from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
