Mr. Poorman is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Board and Special Committee Advisory and Transaction Opinions practices within the firm’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. He assists boards of directors, special committees, company management, and other constituents in evaluating transaction proposals, strategic alternatives, and corporate governance issues across mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, spinoffs, asset sales, and other forms of transactions. Mr. Poorman is also experienced in providing fairness, solvency and other transaction opinions, and business and securities valuation. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Mr. Poorman graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management, with concentrations in Finance and Strategy, from Cornell University.
