Mr. Zhao is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. He has provided valuation analyses for businesses, equity interests, and intangible assets for financial reporting, tax, and strategic planning purposes in many scenarios, including acquisitions, financing, and corporate restructuring. Mr. Zhao is based in the firm’s New York office.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Zhao was a Senior Consultant in the Business Valuation Group at Deloitte Advisory, where he focused on preparing valuation analyses for tax and financial reporting purposes, specializing in complex security valuation and modeling.
Mr. Zhao holds a B.S. from University College London and an M.S. in Financial Engineering from Columbia University.
