Mr. Myers is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Transaction Advisory Services practice, where he leads the efforts in the industrials market. He provides private equity firms and corporate management teams with financial and accounting due diligence and other transaction advisory services within the industrials, business services, and consumer, food, and retail sectors. Mr. Myers is based in the firm's Chicago office.
Mr. Myers has a diverse array of experience, including leading leveraged buyouts, synergistic add-ons, carve-out and integration services, sellside assistance, and purchase and sale agreements advice. He specializes in assessing risks and identifying value-creating opportunities for potential investments or divestitures.
Mr. Myers has assisted clients with transactions with enterprise values ranging from less than $10 million to more than $5 billion. He also has a robust understanding of cross-border transactions, having spent two years working as a deals professional in the European market.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Myers was a Director in KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice.
Mr. Myers holds a B.B.A. in Accounting and an M.A. with a Finance concentration from Baylor University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant.
