Ms. Kwak is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Solutions Group. She is based in the firm’s New York office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Ms. Kwak was a Director at Connaught. During her tenure, she managed several buyout, growth equity, and venture capital fundraising processes and led the company’s Asia distribution efforts. Before that, Ms. Kwak was a Vice President at General Atlantic, where she focused on project management for the core growth equity program and credit strategy. Earlier, she was a Vice President at TPG Capital and Providence Equity Partners, where she held various fundraising and investor relations roles across New York, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Ms. Kwak began her career at Morgan Stanley in the Investment Banking division.
Ms. Kwak holds a B.A. in Asian and Middle Eastern Studies from Dartmouth College.
