Mr. Godhwani is a member of Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. He specializes in portfolio valuations with an emphasis on valuing illiquid debt, equity, and derivative investments for a wide range of alternative asset investors, including hedge funds, private equity funds, business development companies, limited partner investors, and corporations.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Godhwani was an Analyst in FedEx’s Strategic Pricing Division. Previously, he worked as a Transaction Advisory Associate at boutique investment bank Nucleus Partners and as an Audit Analyst with KPMG in India.
Mr. Godhwani holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Delhi. He graduated Beta Gamma Sigma with an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Rochester’s Simon Business School. Mr. Godhwani is also a CFA charterholder.
