Mr. Sussman is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. He focuses on transaction opinions for which he assists boards of directors, special committees, company management, and other constituents in evaluating transaction proposals and understanding critical deal-related issues. Mr. Sussman has played an integral role in the rendering of numerous transaction opinions related to M&A, restructurings, recapitalizations, spinoffs, and asset sales. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Sussman was an Associate in the Economic and Valuation Services group at KPMG LLP, where he focused on preparing valuation analyses for tax and financial reporting purposes.
Mr. Sussman holds a B.S. in Finance with a minor in Accounting from Lehigh University, where he graduated summa cum laude.
