Mr. Cook is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer Group, providing investment banking and M&A advisory services with a focus on the outdoor, active lifestyle, and tactical sectors. His responsibilities include sellside and buyside M&A advisory, financing, valuation, and strategic advisory engagements. Mr. Cook is based in the firm’s Dallas office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Cook began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Stephens Inc., where he advised clients in the financial services sector on M&A transactions and financings.
Mr. Cook holds a B.A. in Finance and a minor in Economics, with honors, from Texas A&M University, where he was a Presidential Endowed Scholar. He also attended the London School of Economics and Political Science.
