Mr. Cripps is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. He specializes in advising private equity sponsors and corporate clients across a range of sectors, including industrials, business services, and consumer. Mr. Cripps is based in the firm’s Boston office.
Mr. Cripps has more than a decade of experience providing financial due diligence and M&A advisory services across buyside and sellside transactions. His experience includes advising on platforms, add-on acquisitions, and exit processes, as well as supporting management teams through complex transaction dynamics. Mr. Cripps has also operated in-house in corporate development and finance roles and has supported businesses to prepare for sale, bringing a commercial and execution-oriented perspective.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Cripps was part of the M&A practice at Interpath Advisory, and previously, he worked for Alvarez & Marsal. He has advised on transactions across North America, the U.K., and Continental Europe.
Mr. Cripps holds a B.A. from Trinity College Dublin and an M.A. in Economics and Finance from University College London. He is a U.K.-qualified Chartered Accountant.
