Mr. Davis is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s IT Services practice within the firm’s Business Services Group. He has three decades of technology services investment banking experience. Mr. Davis is based in the firm’s Charlotte office.
Notable transactions include the sale of Belatrix to Globant (NYSE:GLOB); the sale of Sonoma Partners to EY; the sale of MomentumSI to VMWare (NYSE:VMW); the sale of Starschema to HCL (NYSE:HCLTECH); the sale of Dextra Technologies to Deloitte; the sale of Marketelligent to Brillio; the sale of SDLC to CitiusTech; the sale of Zilker to EY; the sale of Creative Digital to LBi; the sale of QA Labs to UST Global; and the sale of Emtec to Westwood Technology.
Previously, Mr. Davis was a Partner and Founder at 7 Mile Advisors, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2023. He started his career with Coopers & Lybrand.
Mr. Davis holds a B.A. in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College and an MBA from Wake Forest University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in North Carolina and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
