Ms. Plaza is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group. She is based in the firm’s London office.
Previously, Ms. Plaza was an Analyst at MVP Capital, an independent advisory firm that provides a range of advisory services to clients in the technology, media, and telecommunications sector, prior to its acquisition by Houlihan Lokey in 2020.
Before joining MVP Capital, Ms. Plaza worked at Credit Suisse in Madrid as an Analyst of the Investment Banking team. While there, she worked on mergers and acquisitions, debt financings, and equity transactions primarily focused on the real estate, TMT, and consumer, food, and retail sectors.
Ms. Plaza holds a BA in International Business Administration with a major in Finance from Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
