Mr. Byrne is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Industrials Group. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Byrne worked within Deutsche Bank’s Investment Banking division, focused primarily on the broader industrial sector. During his time there, he executed numerous advisory and capital markets transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt, and equity offerings.
Prior to graduate school, Mr. Byrne worked within the Private Banking division of J.P. Morgan.
Mr. Byrne holds a B.S. in Economics from Santa Clara University and an MBA in Corporate Finance from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame.
