Mr. Li is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Services Group. He is based in the firm’s Chicago office.
Previously, Mr. Li was a Vice President at Waller Helms Advisors, a premier boutique investment bank, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2024. While there, he advised clients on M&A, financing, and valuation transactions within the financial services sector. Mr. Li specialized in deal execution across the insurance, healthcare services, investment services, and technology sectors, providing clients with comprehensive buyside and sellside M&A and capital-raising advisory services.
Earlier in Mr. Li’s career, he worked on M&A and capital-raising transactions at Houlihan Capital, a Chicago-based investment bank specializing in lower-middle-market transactions.
Mr. Li holds a B.S. in Finance, Accounting, and Management from the Mitch Daniels School of Business at Purdue University.
