Mr. Petre is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group, focused on M&A and capital-raising advisory for leading software and tech-enabled services clients. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Notable transaction experience includes the sales of Axcel Learning to Inverness Graham, Zubie to TSD Mobility (Reynolds and Reynolds), PartsTech to OEConnection, Advent eModal to CargoSprint, Shop-Ware to Vehlo, Blume Global to WiseTech Global, and Overall Parts Solutions to OEConnection.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey in 2021, Mr. Petre began his investment banking career at National Bank Financial in Toronto.
Mr. Petre holds a B.B.A. from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
