Mr. Petre is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group, focused on M&A and capital-raising advisory for leading software companies. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Notable transaction experience includes the sales of PartsTech to OEConnection, Advent eModal to CargoSprint, Shop-Ware to Vehlo, Blume Global to WiseTech Global, and Overall Parts Solutions to OEConnection.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey in 2021, Mr. Petre worked at National Bank Financial in Toronto, where he focused on a variety of consumer and industrial sectors.
Mr. Petre holds a B.B.A. from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
