Mr. Tron is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer Group. He has nearly three decades of investment banking and corporate finance experience encompassing mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and fundraisings for a wide range of French and European clients, entrepreneurs, and private equity firms. Mr. Tron is based in the firm’s Paris office.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Tron co-founded Natixis Partners. He has also worked as a Managing Partner at Leonardo & Co. and as Managing Director at Rothschild & Co.
Mr. Tron holds a master’s degree in Finance from Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and an M.S. in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
