Mr. Schmitt is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Industrials Group. Over the course of his career, he has predominantly worked on industrial automation and machinery transactions. He is based in the firm’s Frankfurt office.
Previously, Mr. Schmitt was a Vice President at GCA Altium, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. Prior to GCA, was a Vice President at Alantra. He started his career at C.W. Downer & Co. and completed a secondment in its Boston office.
Mr. Schmitt holds a B.Sc. in International Business Administration from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and a master’s degree from the University of Cologne.
