Mr. Tweedie is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group. He has extensive experience advising clients on financial restructuring and special situations. Mr. Tweedie is based in the firm’s London office.
Since joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Tweedie has been involved in a number of restructuring transactions across both developed and emerging markets. His disclosable engagements include Edcon, Thomas Cook, Hurricane Energy, Swissport, Bowers & Wilkins, Bounty Brands, China Evergrande, Vue Entertainment, and GenesisCare.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Tweedie was an Associate at MV Credit, a European mezzanine credit fund, where he focused on subordinated debt and preferred equity investments in European sponsor-backed companies. Before that, he worked as an Analyst in the leveraged finance team at Lloyds Banking Group.
Mr. Tweedie holds a BSc in Physics from University College London.
