Mr. Verma is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group. He is based in the firm’s Hong Kong office.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Verma worked in the fixed income product management team at Goldman Sachs in London. His last role there was focused on growing the short-duration and money market business in Europe. Mr. Verma also worked at Monroe Capital in Chicago, analyzing potential debt investments in middle-market companies and performing credit analysis on portfolio investments.
Mr. Verma graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Mathematics, Economics, and Statistics from Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota. Mr. Verma holds an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, with a concentration in Analytic Finance.
