Mr. Wulfetange is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group. He has worked on major restructuring mandates, including ProSiebenSat.1, PolymerLatex, Pfleiderer, A.T.U., Apcoa Parking, HETA, Camaieu, and Oerlikon. Mr. Wulfetange is based in the firm’s Frankfurt office.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Wulfetange worked for Goldman Sachs, both advising clients on M&A and corporate finance transactions and working in the Principal Investment Area (PIA) in Frankfurt and New York. He advised on several M&A transactions, such as the acquisition of Hexal and Eon Labs by Novartis and the sale of BHW to Postbank, and on corporate finance transactions, such as a second-lien financing for Arcandor and the IPO of New World Resources. During his time in PIA in New York, he worked on the acquisition of Kinder Morgan and Alliance Atlantis, among others.
Mr. Wulfetange earned his Diplom-Kaufmann degree at WHU. He speaks German, English, and French.
