Mr. Curtis is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer Group. He has experience in both domestic and international transactions with a focus on the household, beauty, and personal care sectors. Mr. Curtis is based in the firm’s London office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Curtis was a Vice President at Baylor Klein, a London-based independent advisory firm, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. Before Baylor Klein, he was a Corporate Finance Manager in Ernst & Young’s transport and infrastructure M&A team.
Mr. Curtis holds a BSc in Economics & Management from the University of Manchester and is a Chartered Accountant in Scotland.
