Mr. Mezzadri is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Industrials Group. He has extensive experience across a wide range of transactions, including sellside and buyside M&A, public company divestitures, and capital markets financings for both institutionally owned and founder-family-led companies. He is based in the firm’s Milan office.
Mr. Mezzadri has advised on national and international M&A transactions, including the disposal of Page Europa from General Dynamics (NYSE:GD) to Maticmind; the sale of Fabbrica Italiana Sintetici (FIS) to Bain Capital after supporting FIS in its debut bond issuance; the sale of DMX Pharmaceutical from Trilantic Europe and Alto Partners to Azzurra Capital and The Club Dealers; the sale of the mechanical division of Calvi Holding (Lift-Tek Elecar S.p.A. and Lift Technologies Inc.) to Cascade Corp., a division of Toyota Industries Corp. (TICO); and the acquisition of Delta Med on behalf of White Bridge, among other industrial cross-border transactions.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Mezzadri was an Associate at Vitale & Co. and interned at Rothschild.
Mr. Mezzadri graduated cum laude with an M.Sc. from Bocconi University.
