Mr. Mezzadri is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Corporate Finance business. His advisory experience includes M&A transactions and debt advisory processes for companies in the consumer, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. He is based in the firm's Milan office.
Previously, Mr. Mezzadri was an Associate at Leonardo & Co., which entered into a joint venture with Houlihan Lokey in Italy and now operates under the Houlihan Lokey brand. Prior to Leonardo & Co., he held positions at Vitale & Co. and Rothschild.
Mr. Mezzadri holds a degree in Accounting, Corporate Finance, and Control from Bocconi University.
