Mr. Bellows is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Since joining the firm in 2014, Mr. Bellows has been involved in a wide range of in-court and out-of-court restructurings, liability management transactions, and distressed M&A situations, working on behalf of both debtors and creditors. He has experience across a variety of industries, including retail, oil and gas, industrials, gaming, and shipping.
Mr. Bellows has 10 years of investment banking and credit experience. Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, he structured venture debt for early-stage technology and life science companies at Square 1 Bank. He began his career at Chestnut Partners, a boutique investment banking advisory firm and merchant bank.
Mr. Bellows holds a B.A. in Economics from Middlebury College and an MBA from Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.
