Mr. Manna is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Markets Group. With a focus on the infrastructure, power, energy, transportation, and asset management sectors, he has raised financing for companies and funds across the credit quality spectrum. Mr. Manna has extensive experience with respect to project finance, securitization, and rated debt capital solutions. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Manna was Head of Private Placements at RBC Capital Markets. Previously, he was a Managing Director at Pareto Securities and at BNP Paribas, holding leadership positions in capital markets at both firms. Before Mr. Manna’s career in investment banking, he worked at Moody’s, where he was a ratings analyst and completed the formal credit training program.
Mr. Manna holds a B.A. from Wesleyan University and served in the United States Marine Corps.
