Mr. Pfahler is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Solutions Group. His primary responsibilities include working with the firm’s clients to raise debt and equity capital to support general corporate purposes, recapitalizations, leveraged buyouts, growth capital, restructurings, and acquisitions. Mr. Pfahler is based in the firm’s New York office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Pfahler was at Rockefeller Capital Management, where he focused on M&A advisory and principal investing. He previously worked at Industrial Development Funding, a private credit fund, and began his career in M&A at Fredericks Michael & Co.
Mr. Pfahler holds a Master of Finance from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management and a B.S. from Bocconi University.
