Mr. Francis is a Managing Director and Global Head of Houlihan Lokey’s Healthcare Group. He has nearly three decades of experience in M&A and financial operations in the healthcare industry and has managed a wide variety of projects, from acquisitions, divestitures, financings, and financial restructurings to joint ventures and strategic alliance formation. He has closed more than 200 transactions involving healthcare IT and informatics, managed care, hospitals, homecare and hospice, outsourcing, urgent care, and other healthcare facilities. Mr. Francis is based in the firm’s Dallas office.

Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Francis directed a national team of acquisition professionals as Vice President of M&A for the home health division of Hospital Corporation of America. He speaks frequently on M&A and finance in the healthcare industry.
Mr. Francis holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Baylor University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
