Mr. Martin is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group and leads the firm’s pharma services efforts. His responsibilities include working on sellside and buyside M&A advisory engagements. Mr. Martin is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Mr. Martin’s notable recent transactions include advising Intouch Group on its sale to Eversana; Novo Holdings on its acquisition of Medical Knowledge Group; Clayton, Dubilier & Rice on its acquisition of UDG Healthcare; The Lockwood Group on its investment from Ares; BGB Group on its investment from TPG; MSD Capital on its acquisition of West Monroe Partners; ClearView Healthcare on its investment from GHO Capital; Fingerpaint on its investment from Knox Lane; closerlook on its sale to Fishawack Health; Clayton, Dubilier & Rice on its acquisition of Huntsworth; Fingerpaint on its acquisition of Splice; W2O on its sale to New Mountain Capital; and Court Square Capital on its acquisition of Medical Knowledge Group.
Mr. Martin holds an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
