Mr. Schade is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business, currently serving as Co-Head of the Fund Opinions practice. In this capacity, he assists financial sponsors, including private equity and hedge fund managers, in a wide variety of transactions. Mr. Schade specializes in providing financial advice, fairness opinions, and business and securities valuation reports in connection with complex cross-fund and secondary market transactions. He works with clients across many asset classes, including buyout and minority equity, venture capital, infrastructure, and credit. Mr. Schade is based in the firm’s New York office.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey in 1998, Mr. Schade was part of the corporate development group at Atlantic Richfield. Before that, he was a member of the product development team for a specialty chemical company owned by Unilever PLC.
Mr. Schade holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Lafayette College and an MBA in Finance from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles.
