Mr. Smith is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group. He is based in the firm’s Manchester office.
Previously, Mr. Smith was a Director at GCA Altium, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. Before that, he spent six years at KPMG, working within the Corporate Finance and Audit teams.
Mr. Smith holds a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Manchester and an ACA qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
