Mr. Ward is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group. He has extensive experience across the technology and tech-enabled services sectors. Mr. Ward is based in the firm’s Manchester office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Ward was a Managing Director at DC Advisory, where he focused on advising clients in the IT services sector. Before that, he held roles at Clearwater and PwC.
Mr. Ward holds a BSc in Natural Sciences from the University of Bath.
