Mr. Senk is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group, focusing primarily on software. His three-decade career has been evenly split across multiple roles in the software industry and on Wall Street. He is based in the firm’s San Francisco office.

Mr. Senk has worked on M&A and financing transactions across a range of software markets, most recently on the $5 billion acquisition of Alteryx by Clearlake Capital and Insight Partners, the sale of Kubecost to IBM, the carve-out and sale of Mashery to Boomi, the $5.3 billion sale of Cloudera to Clayton, Dubilier & Rice and KKR, and the $450 million capital raise for DriveWealth, LLC.

Mr. Senk was a Director at GCA Advisors prior to its acquisition by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. Before joining GCA, he was a Managing Director with Compass Point Advisors and earlier was at Rosenblatt Securities, where he was a senior member of the technology team. Prior to Rosenblatt Securities, he served as a Managing Director at Woodside Capital Partners and a Vice President of Marketing at Quest Software. He began his career in development and product management at Oracle, followed by a tenure as a research analyst focused on software at Robertson Stephens.

Mr. Senk holds a B.A. and an M.A. in Quantitative Research from the University of Connecticut.
