Mr. Kühner is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Corporate Finance business. He is based in the firm’s Munich office.
Previously, Mr. Kühner was a Managing Director at GCA Altium, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. During his time at GCA, he acquired extensive expertise by working on many corporate finance and cross-border M&A transactions and covered many industries, including retail and consumer goods, media, manufacturing, and life sciences.
Mr. Kühner holds an MBA and a Ph.D., which he received with high distinction, from the University of St. Gallen.
