Mr. Lawlor is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. He has over 20 years of experience in structuring, trading, and advising in residential and commercial real estate credit. Mr. Lawlor focuses on portfolio advisory, frequently involving public and private asset-backed structures, whole loans, and servicing rights for financial institutions and asset managers. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Lawlor was with J.P. Morgan Securities in its Structured Products Group, where he was a part of the Mortgage Derivative trading desk. Prior to that, he held the position of Vice President of Financial Analytics and Structured Transactions at Bear Stearns & Co., where he was part of the Collateralized Debt Obligations structuring team.
Mr. Lawlor holds a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from Lafayette College.
