Mr. Rezaie is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Sponsors Group. He focuses on coverage of private equity investors across the DACH region and is based in the firm’s Frankfurt office.
Mr. Rezaie has nearly two decades of investment banking experience and has advised on more than 50 transactions, ranging from growth capital financings to majority buyouts and cross-border M&A. He has significant transaction experience across technology, business services, and consumer industries.
Prior to rejoining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Rezaie was a Partner and Head of DACH at GP Bullhound, where he built and led the firm’s Frankfurt office and advised on numerous high-profile technology transactions. Earlier in his career, he spent a decade at GCA Altium (later acquired by Houlihan Lokey), progressing from Analyst to Director.
Mr. Rezaie holds a B.S. in International Business Economics with distinction from Maastricht University School of Business and Economics.
