Mr. Noggle is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Portfolio Valuation and Fund Advisory Services practice. He advises private equity, venture capital, private credit, and other institutional investors on the valuation of equity, debt, structured investments, and limited partnership interests in private funds. Mr. Noggle is based in the firm’s San Francisco office.
Mr. Noggle serves on Houlihan Lokey’s Technical Standards Committee, providing guidance on valuation methodologies and emerging valuation issues across the platform. He also serves on the Portfolio Valuation Technology Committee, where he helps advance the practice’s valuation and technology initiatives.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Noggle was a Director at Kroll in the Alternative Asset Advisory group. During his tenure, he valued a broad range of illiquid investments, including preferred equity, venture loans, convertible debt, and other structured securities, while advising clients on valuation policies and procedures.
Mr. Noggle holds a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an MBA and an M.S. in Financial Analysis from the University of San Francisco. He is a CFA charterholder and a CAIA charterholder.
