Mr. Noggle is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Portfolio Valuation and Fund Advisory Services practice. He specializes in the valuation of equity and debt interests in private companies. Mr. Noggle has nearly a decade of experience in advising alternative asset investors, including venture capital funds, private equity funds, hedge funds, credit funds, business development companies, and limited partner investors on a range of valuation-related matters. He is based in the firm’s San Francisco office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Noggle was a Director at Kroll, where he was part of the Alternative Asset Advisory group. During his time at Kroll, he provided valuations across diverse portfolios of illiquid and privately held investments, including preferred equity, private loan, convertible debt, and derivative securities for alternative asset managers. Mr. Noggle also advised clients on their valuation policies, procedures, and processes.
Mr. Noggle holds a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and an MBA and an M.S. in Financial Analysis from the University of San Francisco. He is a CFA charterholder and a CAIA charterholder.
