Mr. Dréan is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Private Funds Group. He is based in the firm’s Paris office.
Previously, Mr. Dréan was Vice Chairman and a Managing Partner at Triago, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2024. He joined Triago in 1998 and went on to lead the company’s dedicated secondary team, which was founded in 2001. Along with secondary transaction execution, Mr. Dréan selectively led fundraising mandates for Triago’s clients. He has handled more than 350 assignments on behalf of financial institutions and private investors worldwide.
Prior to joining Triago, Mr. Dréan was a Sales Manager at a trading company.
Mr. Dréan holds an M.S. in Management from ESSEC Business School.
